Job offer: HR Manager (m/f/d) for federal party
Our party is looking for a committed personality as HR Manager (m/f/d) at the earliest possible date
Your tasks:
Further development and implementation of the HR strategy in coordination with the party leadership
Responsibility for all areas of HR management, including recruiting, onboarding, personnel development and administration
Advising and supporting managers on HR-related issues
Design and implementation of personnel development measures
Participating in the further development of the organizational structure
Ensuring compliance with labor law regulations and internal guidelines
Your profile:
Ideally professional experience in HR, also in a political organization or NGO
Knowledge of labor and social security law
Strong communication skills and a confident manner
High integrity, discretion and political sensitivity
Affinity with the values and goals of our party
