Job offer: HR Manager (m/f/d) for federal party

Our party is looking for a committed personality as HR Manager (m/f/d) at the earliest possible date

Your tasks:

  • Further development and implementation of the HR strategy in coordination with the party leadership

  • Responsibility for all areas of HR management, including recruiting, onboarding, personnel development and administration

  • Advising and supporting managers on HR-related issues

  • Design and implementation of personnel development measures

  • Participating in the further development of the organizational structure

  • Ensuring compliance with labor law regulations and internal guidelines

Your profile:

  • Ideally professional experience in HR, also in a political organization or NGO

  • Knowledge of labor and social security law

  • Strong communication skills and a confident manner

  • High integrity, discretion and political sensitivity

  • Affinity with the values and goals of our party
