As part of the UE database, we only process and use your data for information purposes for Collecting signatures to participate in elections in Austria. In order to keep you informed and to be able to contact you at local and national level (where you live, according to the information you provide us with), we will contact you electronically (by email) or by post. Storage period

We store your data on servers that are managed by Volt Austria or our contract processors in the IT sector. Appropriate safeguards and legal, technical and organizational measures have been put in place to ensure the security of your data.

Your data will be stored for as long as you are a supporter, volunteer or party member of Volt Austria. If you terminate your connection to Volt, we will delete your data immediately, unless we are legally obliged to do so (e.g. due to laws or court orders) or entitled to continue storing your data for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims.

Your rights

Objection to advertising

You can object to the use of your data for advertising purposes without incurring any costs other than the transmission costs according to the basic rates. The data protection officer is available for this purpose.
