We are looking for contributors for our Expansion Team

The Expansion Team of Volt Austria supports the members in establishing Volt as a brand in Austria and promotes cooperation within the teams.

You can contribute to the following tasks in the team:

  • Development and implementation of branding and positioning

  • Supporting the teams in optimizing their internal collaboration and project organization

  • Promoting team dynamics and conflict resolution.

  • Training members in effective communication strategies for the personal promotion of Volt

  • Contributing to the development of a comprehensive framework for Volt's growth strategy in Austria.

  • Conducting market and competitive analyses to identify positioning opportunities

  • Creating reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations in an understandable way

  • Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of implemented strategies and initiatives

  • Supporting the planning and organization of events and campaigns

  • Coordinating logistical tasks and resource management before and during events

  • Setting up and dismantling venues, including technical and decorative elements.

  • Ensuring the smooth running of events and campaigns through active participation on site.

  • Posting videos during and after the event

  • Supporting and informing event participants and guests

What you should bring with you:

  • A high degree of team spirit

  • Good knowledge of marketing and marketing strategies

  • Knowledge of social media

  • Willingness to lend a hand

  • Enjoy communicating Volt's political message
